We were sorry to receive your 1 star review after only using it for a few weeks. It’s a scientific fact that no two people are the same. Just as you have unique DNA, fingerprints, ears, and teeth, your health needs and treatment responses differ from others when using red light therapy.
Some effects, like muscle recovery, reduced inflammation, and improved skin tone, take place sooner after one starts to use red light therapy. Other results can take more time. Effectiveness depends on overall cellular health and other biological processes that occur while red light stimulates your cells during led light therapy.
Red light therapy typically requires 1–4 months of consistent use (3–5 times per week) to see significant, lasting results, although some improvements in pain or energy may appear within 1–4 weeks. Results are cumulative and depend on the condition: skin improvements take 1–3 months, while muscle recovery is faster. When treating chronic conditions, users often see results in one to four months, also depending on red light therapy frequency.
The shoulder wrap arrived incredibly quickly, great service! My purchase was to enable faster healing after shoulder surgery. It's very early days yet, but I'm sure the benefits will become obvious as months go by.
I got this light therapy belt for my Mum, as she has had 1 hip replacement, (shes in her 80s) her other hip was giving her pain, when she was bowling and gardening.
She's been using the belt every night, loving the heat and massaging on her hips before bed, getting a better sleep, and moving alot more freely in the garden and playing better bowls, she gives it 5 stars❤️

I've just received a dog jacket for my Westie who has had 2 cruciate ligament surgeries on each leg & is now having meniscus ligament problems. She just melts during her treatment & yawns a lot which is an emotional letting go, so a good sign for wellness & healing, I'm thrilled.

Ordered and paid for infra red gloves weeks ago. Nothing yet received. Tracking is clunky, half the time doesn't work. Complained but they say it was sent to some wrong destination in south island (instead of Ausralia) - then said discovered in Auckland but would be sent immediately. That was days ago and still nothing. No idea what the product is like, just hope I will eventually get to see it. I would not deal with this company again unless they can get their shipping working properly, and start dispatching goods promptly.
Hi John, We are very disappointed to get your poor review, especially as we have been in constant contact with you regarding the shipping. You placed the order on 25th December and we normally send out orders the next day but as it was Xmas week there was no courier service until the 29th December. We then sent it with the courier on the 29th December and unfortunately it appears to have been misdirected by them to another destination in the South Island.
You contacted me on the 12th January to alert us that your parcel had not arrived and I immediately replied to you and contacted our international courier agent to look into it. They did a search and found it was in Auckland and sent it to Australia 16th January which we again notified you about. We send a large amount of freight to Australia and very seldom have problems. Unfortunately with the sheer volume of freight moving during the Xmas/New Year period there can be delays and occasionally a parcel may have an issue.
We dispatch all of our orders promptly and through no fault of our own there are the odd problem with courier companies.
I am a regular user of red light therapy. I purchased this torch in between Christmas and New Year to treat tooth/gum pain until I could get in to see a dentist in the New Year. I used it twice daily and it helped minimise the pain and I am now using it to heal the gum after getting an errant nerve removed. I can confirm today I am pain free. I recommend this torch due to it having the blue light to kill bacteria etc as well as the usual benefits of the other wavelengths. Ian was great to deal with too.
Happy so far with it, easy to use on the horse and myself as I’m getting over a broken ankle thumbs up from me.
