This is my second purchase. I bought this device to help with my very painful neck with pain radiating into my head and right shoulder. If I place the stands far enough apart to fit my head under the pad, the pad drops downwards. It does not stand upright as in the picture. I have used the pad without the stands. I will send a photo using my knee to illustrate, as it is impossible to take a picture myself of my head.

For the price, I expected the quality to be better, however I have been using the device every evening and have noticed an improvement to my lower back pain.

Such a powerful tool to anchor your internal clock (which impacts SO many things inside of your body). I use it everyday and have even been using it twice a day recently to help my sleep schedule (a medication was making me wake up quite early). Definitely has an impact on my mood and energy levels, especially on cloudy winter days!!! Very easy to use and walk around too :).

A very welcome relief to a constant "bone on bone" arthritic issue from shoulder spreading to neck/shoulder blade region.

** But, may we add enquiry also as to whether a larger heated area model could be upcoming or available in future I need cover from original shoulder region over back towards cover of shoulder blade. Would then rate perfect! Thank You. George

The 1st one I bought broke just out of warranty because although I was very careful not to get water on the wire join part when cleaning, I kept it in its original box which bent the wires at the join of the device.

Have not had the product long enough to determine the long term benefit for the horse I purchased them for. However, so far it appears that they are helping some low level swelling and mobility issues. The velcro can be annoying as the tabs tend to stick to each other which makes them fiddly to put on. Apart from this, they are easy to use.

They certainly are blackout! I feel safe wearing them to protect my eyes when I am using my Red and Infrared Light Panel.

This is easy to use with a powerbank so I can do other things too. The only thing I'm not sure about is the fit. It's quite lose on my head with no option to make it tighter. Otherwise it's really good.

This mask was a gift. I have been using it constantly for about a month and a half. I use it once, sometimes twice a day. 10 mins each time. Mainly for bedtime skincare. I noticed that my skin complexion is more even. I suffer from melasma, and I read that NIR light may trigger it, but it doesn't seem like it. It looks like the opposite to me. The skin feels supple.
