I’m really loving the Spectrum LED mask so far. Even after only using it for a short time, I’ve already noticed a difference in my skin — it looks slightly plumper, fresher, and has a healthier look to it
This mask was a gift. I have been using it constantly for about a month and a half. I use it once, sometimes twice a day. 10 mins each time. Mainly for bedtime skincare. I noticed that my skin complexion is more even. I suffer from melasma, and I read that NIR light may trigger it, but it doesn't seem like it. It looks like the opposite to me. The skin feels supple. I don't use any moisturiser on my face at the moment. As a plus, this mask has also become a great mindfulness ritual for me. I wear it, turn it on and close my eyes. I focus on my breathing, on the present moment. It's a great way to unwind at the end of the day, and sometimes, I even fall asleep. I would recommend it.
After doing quite a bit of research this one ticked all the boxes without the hefty price tag.

Too soon to see miracles but I can definitely see an improvement in my skin clarity
I bought the big red and blue bulbs a few years ago, but wanted something smaller and easier to use, so I bought this mask. It's well made, and seems to be a high quality product. I really enjoy using it in the mornings. The timer is great, and I like the different colour settings. The eye cups are soft and comfortable, but the nose flaps leave red marks on the bridge of my nose. That's not a major issue for me though. Overall I'm very happy with the mask.
Hands down best mask ever designed by any man dead or alive, this thing works in incredible ways and is absolutely bonkers!!! my skin looks 50 years younger and im only 35.
