I had my doubts about the effectiveness of red light. I've had two knee surgeries and now limp a bit. A week after using my red light wrap for 30mins per day, I've just had a pain free day snowboarding. Its a small amount of money for visible gains..

Good things:
The face mask is made of flexible material, easy to wrap around face. I actually use it around lower back, chest , tummy, and hands, too.
It is easy to turn it on, turn it off.
The light doesn't shine into eyes, mask is well designed.
It is easy to choose the fréquency.
Battery life is great, I charge it once a week and use it every day, multiple times.
Bad things: you can only choose 5 minutes interval, so if you want to do 10 minutes, you need to switch it on twice.
Once the interval is finishes ,it beeps quite loudly, probably 10 times. Given I do the red light therapy in the morning, and don’t want to wake up my husband, I have to constantly look at the timer, then turn it off 10 seconds before the end.
Overall, happy with the face mask.

Knee wrap
I need a knee replacement and keep getting bumped because of my weight. I needed something to help with the awful pain. I have been using this for a few weeks now and I honestly feel it is helping a bit more each time. I am keeping the use regular to twice a day. I would recommend you trying it out if you suffer any joint pain.

Infrared light knee/joints
I am in need of a knee replacement and the pain is very unpleasant. I looked in to red light therapy and came across this NZ made product. I am so pleased with the quality, it is sturdy and has numerous light points. It’s fit around the knee is improving as the materials become a bit more pliable. I have been using it regularly for about three weeks now and I do feel like I am not in as much pain at night as I was before its use. With regular and continued use I am hopeful I will have the pain at a far more manageable state. So far I am very impressed.

Horses enjoy them
