I got this a few weeks ago and have used every day. Just once a day for 20 mins for my back pain. I have FMS at first i did not know if it was doing anything or not really but in saying that i have a lot less back pain now so it must be doing something. Its quite relaxing and i find the 20 mins goes by so fast.

I had my doubts about the effectiveness of red light. I've had two knee surgeries and now limp a bit. A week after using my red light wrap for 30mins per day, I've just had a pain free day snowboarding. Its a small amount of money for visible gains..

I have found I only needed one of these and it was very easy to attach and use. A really great option to have them.

Good things:
The face mask is made of flexible material, easy to wrap around face. I actually use it around lower back, chest , tummy, and hands, too.
It is easy to turn it on, turn it off.
The light doesn't shine into eyes, mask is well designed.
It is easy to choose the fréquency.
Battery life is great, I charge it once a week and use it every day, multiple times.

Bad things: you can only choose 5 minutes interval, so if you want to do 10 minutes, you need to switch it on twice.
Once the interval is finishes ,it beeps quite loudly, probably 10 times. Given I do the red light therapy in the morning, and don’t want to wake up my husband, I have to constantly look at the timer, then turn it off 10 seconds before the end.

Overall, happy with the face mask.

I need a knee replacement and keep getting bumped because of my weight. I needed something to help with the awful pain. I have been using this for a few weeks now and I honestly feel it is helping a bit more each time. I am keeping the use regular to twice a day. I would recommend you trying it out if you suffer any joint pain.

Four years ago my neck was broken at the Cervical level. The bones healed very well. The damaged neck muscles: not so well. I have had intermittent muscle tightness and pain since; despite very good physio and chiropractic care. I have just started using the neck wrap and although it is a bit stiff, so is hard to fit into the shoulder-neck shape, I can feel a loosening of the tightness already without having to have the wrap fit perfectly. It would probably fit a man's neck a lot better than my small neck I am happy to recommend to try the wraps for anyone with unresolved joint/muscle tightness and pains.

do what they say, total blocking of light. They are strong so might not fit all perfectly but we've found them brilliant in our Spa - they def do the job IMHO

This is my first red light, near red light purchase. I put a lot of effort into researching before buying and chose this one because it met all the wave-length requirements, affordable and based in NZ.

I wanted to wait until I had used the product enough before writing a review. It has been 3 months since I began using it.

It was purchased to help with sciatica pain from a compressed nerve. As soon as I used it I noticed results - significantly reduced pain in the first week of use. By the 3rd week I had no pain at all. This was with a regular protocol of 15-20 minutes. Now I use it to maintain - so not every day but if I notice pain beginning I will use it and the pain goes away.

I have used this for other things now too - regular shoulder pain that often turns into a headache / migraine. As soon as I use it with first twinges it stops the headache and the migraine from coming on and also heals my shoulder by the next day.

It also has been helpful recovering from a slight strain to an ankle - pain goes immediately and ankle healed by next day. It's been great for lymphatic draining and increased energy. Best thing I have noticed is that if I am under the pump at work or having a stressful time in my life it reduces the stress and settles my nervous system so I can cope with whatever challenges are in front of me without it impacting on me physically.

I would say this is the best investment I have made this year in terms of managing my own health. I highly recommend this product.

The infrared mouth device is very light and easy to use. I haven’t seen many changes in gums yet as its early days but I will continue to use it and see how it goes.

After extensive online research I came upon this homegrown site and sent an enquiry email. Response was fast and Ian was very helpful with recommending this amazing product. Ive been using my Lightforce Silicone 4 Spectrum LED face mask for 3 weeks now and lm starting to see a difference in how l look.
Its light and comfortable to wear which is a plus.
Its great to be able to choise between the different spectrums and as l have rosacea, having the blue light is a real plus.
