This pad has a 40Hz fréquency that helps the autistic kids, so we use it for our son. Once he falls asleep, we put it for 5 minutes on his head. I also use it myself , on a normal mode, for muscle pain, healing, sleep. Love the size , can wrap around any body part.

I purchased my brother a knee band after I had such fantastic results from using my back band.
He was due for surgery on his knee after ripping all the ligaments right around the knee from a bike accident and the surgeon was so impressed with the healing after using the band for two weeks that his surgery was cancelled on the day when he was due to go in.The infrared band speed up the healing. He continues to use it everyday but is so grateful and impressed.Highly recommend.

I've suffered lower back pain for years, osteo said now it's just a case of dealing with it :-( So I did my research and found this pad. This has been a game changer for me - had it for a week and no pain during the night for 6 days straight! Highly recommend

i need to heat my lateral and medial epicondyles so the heat button is situated underneath so keeps getting switched off. also power plug underneath.

It is a clever idea but I find as an 82yr old female, that it is far too big for me. Would suit a football player. However, I do manage to pin it down to my back although the neck piece is too stiff to mould to my neck and almost juts up beyond the top of my head!
I certainly won't give up on it. TB

I have been using the mat for about 3 weeks but are still unsure if results which is to be expected with a back injury. I think it has helped with a bit more movement in my back but I expect will take time and patience.

It’s probably a little too soon to be certain about the effectiveness of the treatment, but this flexible pad does seem to be helping soothe a couple of previously-injured joints. It’s a good size, and I’m very pleased with how easy it is to use.

I got this a few weeks ago and have used every day. Just once a day for 20 mins for my back pain. I have FMS at first i did not know if it was doing anything or not really but in saying that i have a lot less back pain now so it must be doing something. Its quite relaxing and i find the 20 mins goes by so fast.

I had my doubts about the effectiveness of red light. I've had two knee surgeries and now limp a bit. A week after using my red light wrap for 30mins per day, I've just had a pain free day snowboarding. Its a small amount of money for visible gains..

I have found I only needed one of these and it was very easy to attach and use. A really great option to have them.

Good things:
The face mask is made of flexible material, easy to wrap around face. I actually use it around lower back, chest , tummy, and hands, too.
It is easy to turn it on, turn it off.
The light doesn't shine into eyes, mask is well designed.
It is easy to choose the fréquency.
Battery life is great, I charge it once a week and use it every day, multiple times.

Bad things: you can only choose 5 minutes interval, so if you want to do 10 minutes, you need to switch it on twice.
Once the interval is finishes ,it beeps quite loudly, probably 10 times. Given I do the red light therapy in the morning, and don’t want to wake up my husband, I have to constantly look at the timer, then turn it off 10 seconds before the end.

Overall, happy with the face mask.
