Warranty

30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee 

If, within 30 days of your order date, you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase to us for a refund.

The product must be returned to us in its original packaging with complete contents and in as new condition.

Return shipping is paid by the customer and must be returned with a copy of the original order and customer name and address details.

The customer will also be charged a shipping and handling fee which equates to the original shipping costs from Infrared Lights NZ to the customer, this amount will be deducted from the refund amount. 

Please note that we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged shipments that are returns. 

Exceptions

The Oral Care Light Therapy Device, Eyewear and Infrared Wraps cannot be returned under the 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee due to hygiene and safety regulations. If the product is faulty, it can still be returned under warranty.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

When returning a non-defective product, the customer is responsible for all costs relating to shipping the products back to Infrared Lights NZ. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories or the shipment will be refused by the warehouse. A refund will be issued after the product is received and inspected by Infrared Lights NZ for damage or missing accessories. If the returned item is damaged in any way or returned in un-saleable condition, the shipment may be refused and returned to sender. Refunds are processed back to the payment method used in the original order. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on any elective returned purchases.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be eligible for a refund.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at infraredlightsnz@gmail.com

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Warranty

LightForce Red Light Therapy LED Light

Within the warranty period of your purchase, if your light is not working properly, we will fix or replace it. Each case will be assessed on a case by case basis and we will make sure you’re back up and running as quickly as possible.

Infrared Lights NZ warrants that the LightForce ECO Red Light Therapy LED Light(s) will function and perform within the specifications for two (2)years after the date of delivery, the LightForce Pro Red Light Therapy LED Light(s) three (3) years after the date of delivery and for the LightForce Bio Wave Red Light Therapy LED Light(s) four (4) years after the date of delivery. The warranties will cover all parts and labour during the warranty period with some exclusions. If required, the buyer is responsible for shipping to and from Infrared Lights NZ within the 2 , 3 or 4 year warranty period. The warranty shall not apply to any light that has sustained customer damage or breakage from dropping, misused or tampered with, modified, damaged, opening the light without prior authorisation or fitted with substitute parts other than parts supplied or repaired by Infrared Lights NZ.

Infrared Lights NZ shall not be liable for any consequential loss or inconvenience caused by any failure of an Infrared Lights NZ product. After the warranty has concluded, the buyer is required to pay for all parts and labour charges. If the light is repaired or replaced, either within or outside the warranty period, Infrared Lights NZ reserves the right to provide parts or replacement in different colours than the original light.

Warranty is valid only to original purchaser if item purchased directly from Infrared Lights NZ and is non-transferable.

Please Note

Near Infrared light is invisible to the naked eye, so sometimes it appears that these bulbs are not working- the near infrared light bulbs can often look a feint lilac when turned on. Although they are feint they are definitely working!. LEDs that have a wavelength greater than around 750nm, will emit light that is invisible to the naked eye. Please contact us if you have any concerns.

The 1 year warranty will cover all parts and labour during the warranty period with some exclusions. If required, the buyer is responsible for shipping to and from Infrared Lights NZ within the 1 year warranty period. The warranty shall not apply to any item that has been abused, misused, modified, damaged, or fitted with substitute parts other than parts supplied or repaired by Infrared Lights NZ.

Infrared Lights NZ shall not be liable for any consequential loss or inconvenience caused by any failure of an Infrared Lights NZ product. After the warranty has concluded, the buyer is required to pay for all parts and labour charges. If the item is repaired or replaced, either within or outside the warranty period, Infrared Lights NZ reserves the right to provide parts or replacement in different colours than the original item.

International Customers

If any international package is not picked up or there is refusal to pay duties, the customer is responsible for:
