I bought one pair when I bought out Red and Near Infrared Light and decided to get a second pair so that two of us could be in the room at the same time if one of us needed to hold the unit in position for the other person. They do help although I do avoid looking at the lights during treatment.

I've been using it everyday and am finding that it is definitely working for a muscular problem that I've had treatments with laser therapy for. I am getting less pain at night and am optimistic. My husband is sung it for chronic lower back pain amd although the results aren't dramatic it is helping him.

Effect: Definite improvement in a thinning crown over months. Take before photos - I didn't, but had others notice and comment on the reversal of a beginning bald spot, without knowing what I was using. Partner also using it, and thinks it has increased hair thickness overall.
Plug in power: This plug in adapter model (rather than usb-powerbank) is definitely more powerful. Depending on the spectrums being used, the warmth can be noticeable. I don't mind the lack of portability (as it plugs in - not a usb-power bank), I just have it set up where I sit to read.
Fit: Jan 2024 model was a slightly tight fit , sep 2024 is ok for someone that takes a large hat size.

So glad I bought the power bank so I have the option of walking around when I have the flexible pad wrapped around my middle. Keeps its power for many treatments ! Highly recommended and easy to charge and use.

After using it for a few weeks, combined with the beef tallow I bought, my dark circles and wrinkles have improved. However, to achieve the desired effect, I think it still requires enough time and patience.

I've used this for about 8 months now and it's been great. In paricular, it helps keep my skin clear and has improved sun damage. I've also used it to keep my nails healthy. If you've got a big nose, you might find the mask a smidge uncomfortable but you can hold it away from your face slightly. Would definitely recommend.

Never having had, or used one before I was skeptical of what I'd read. As a "senior citizen" not great with technology I am being proven wrong. Very impressed with how easy it is to use; so convenient and portable!!

I suffered a head injury 18mths ago and have had PCS ever since, with no help in sight. I thought I had tried everything when I read that infrared light therapy has had success with treatment of PCS. For such a low investment I thought why not? I've spent lots more trying ALL SORTS. I use this on my head every night before bed for 20mins, and after six weeks I'm noticing my symptoms are fewer and fewer. Still not back to normal, but WOW! Finally, something that has actually made remarkable difference in my symptoms. Thanks for providing such an affordable therapy for us to try :) Super helpful owners too. I use it twice a day for 15 minutes, with level 5 energy and 40 pulses. I feel that my memory has improved, and my melatonin has recovered, so my sleep time and quality have also recovered. However, this is a gradual process, and it will take some time to fully recover. As for the problem of hair loss, I haven't seen obvious results in a short time, or I need to wait another two or three months.

Great goggles that are minimal size, covering eyes only. Comes in a strong plastic case and elastic is adjustable. I bought them so I have the option of laying my red light flexible mat over my face as well.

I purchased my original belt over 8 months ago when I was heading for back surgery. With using it every day, I not only didn't need surgery but my back was better than it had been for years! I also felt the most energy I've known for a very long time, in a body that has struggled with chronic pain & fatigue. I recently purchased another belt after giving my first to a very needy friend who is noticing the difference. I can't stop recommending this belt! I think I should have shares!😀

I would just like to thank Ian and his wife for their amazing after sales service. It’s been over a year since I purchased a variety of their products and some of the cords that connected them to the battery were coming apart (general wear and tear). I contacted them and at no expense to me I had 4 new cords couriered to me the following day. Absolutely mind blowing in this day and age.
