I bought this but find it’s really tight fitting doesn’t go round your knee very well
It should have Lenght of it in Ad. My legs would be average for senior Adult but it only Just fits me
I got my sister to buy one as she’s due for an operation on her knee in 3 months. She’s using it for the first time today. She wanted to know if there was a time limit on its usage per session. As this wrap only uses the infrared and not the red lights, on doing research, I recommended a 30 minute session. Am hopeful it brings her relief.
I got this knee wrap for my Mum, as she hurt her knee gardening, she likes the heat in this knee wrap, but it doesn’t have the red infrared lights inside like my one does, I do have the more expensive one, which I let her try, so she was a little disappointed the red light therapy isn’t in this one.
