Disappointed

Very disappointed, it is nothing like l was expecting. Very hard to put on your shoulder and keep it there. Where is the red light!! Looks like a piece of cloth and nothing else, l was so hoping it would help me.

Hi Annette, you purchased an infrared heat shoulder wrap NOT our red & near infrared shoulder wrap and they look and work very differently from each other. The shoulder wraps are designed to fit over your shoulder and have straps to secure in place. The shoulder is a difficult joint to use light therapy products on but the design does work and stay in place well, if you follow our directions and images in our manual and on our website.
The shoulder wrap you purchased is not a piece of cloth, rather it's a high tech wrap made from neoprene and has carbon fibre woven through it which produces far infrared heat, no LED's and no red light. It is very effective to reduce inflammation and pain associated with muscular issues.

Excellent performance, once I worked out I needed to turn it off properly between uses!

I use two infra red devices with this power bank. I am getting a good amount of battery life from the power bank - only needing to charge it about every 10 days with 2 x daily use of one device, and 3-4/weekly of the other.

The item itself is good, but the instructions are not great. I had questions that were not answered in the instructions. Such as: Does it come charged, or do I need to charge it before use? How do I know when it needs charging? How do I know when it is charged? How long does it take to charge? I muddled through without this information, but I'd have preferred to know.
