RECOMMENDED USAGE
We recommend starting off with smaller amounts of treatment time eg 5 minutes and working up to longer treatment times of 10 to 15 minutes to ensure that you are not light sensitive. Your cells can only absorb so much light per day and for optimum results consistency is the key, 1 or 2 x 15 minute treatment session a day would be the most beneficial.
