We are very disappointed to receive a 1 star review from you. We send a lot of parcels out everyday, and the vast majority of them arrive in good time with no issues. We do not monitor the tracking ourselves but instead send you, the customer, the tracking to check it along the way, then normally if a problem arises, the customer contacts us by phone, text or email- we are available 7 days a week!. We have not heard from you to inform us that there is a problem, I have looked at your tracking and see that it hasn't moved from the Timaru Depot since the 3.2.25 so have now contacted our Aramex agent to investigate.
We strive to offer the very best in customer service and it is very upsetting to receive a 1 star review for a courier issue that we were not made aware of.
We will be back in contact via email, as soon as we here back from Aramex and we hope to resolve this quickly.
