Effect: Definite improvement in a thinning crown over months. Take before photos - I didn't, but had others notice and comment on the reversal of a beginning bald spot, without knowing what I was using. Partner also using it, and thinks it has increased hair thickness overall.
Plug in power: This plug in adapter model (rather than usb-powerbank) is definitely more powerful. Depending on the spectrums being used, the warmth can be noticeable. I don't mind the lack of portability (as it plugs in - not a usb-power bank), I just have it set up where I sit to read.
Fit: Jan 2024 model was a slightly tight fit , sep 2024 is ok for someone that takes a large hat size.

memory, sleep, hair loss

I use it twice a day for 15 minutes, with level 5 energy and 40 pulses. I feel that my memory has improved, and my melatonin has recovered, so my sleep time and quality have also recovered. However, this is a gradual process, and it will take some time to fully recover. As for the problem of hair loss, I haven't seen obvious results in a short time, or I need to wait another two or three months.

I’ve just purchased the LIGHTFORCE LED RED & INFRARED 5 SPECTRUM CAP for my elderly mother who two years ago, had two consecutive major brain bleeds. She recovered from the last one which the medics from Waikato Hospital did not at all expect! Her cognitive abilities are no longer up to par, although to be somewhat expected at her age of 82.
I will update any progress in due time. Looking forward with positive expectations, to the results.
