The LIGHTFORCE LED RED & INFRARED LIGHT THERAPY 40 x 20 CM FLEXIBLE PAD is a powerful device. It has 150 triple chip LED diodes (150 Red 660nm and 300 Near Infrared 850nm) embedded in a flexible pad with a 90 x 9.5cm Velcro elasticised strap. Being so flexible it can be maneuvered to be used on all parts of the body from the scalp down to the feet. An added feature is the end flap which allows the pad to be easily mounted around an arm or leg without having to use the strap. Being portable it is ideal to safely use on pets and horses. With its multiple applications it can be used to help provide relaxation to muscles and relieves muscle spasms, eases joint aches, pain and stiffness associated with arthritis and increases local blood circulation, accelerating healing. Unlike a heating pad, infrared light therapy works below the skin’s surface reaching deep into tissues, stimulating cells and increasing circulation to target pain at the source.

Disappointed

Very disappointed! The LED light force was a gift for my husband for Christmas.it has not been delivered! We have not received it. Please sort this issue. Regards Deborah

We are so sorry that your order did not arrive in time for Christmas. We are very disappointed to be notified that your order has not arrived by leaving a 1 star review on our website. We are always contactable via email or phone 365 days a year should you have a question or problem and really pride ourselves on our customer service and our products.
We use Aramex Couriers to deliver our parcels both here and in Australia and if a problem does arise we contact them immediately to look into it on behalf of our customers. I have now contacted Aramex to launch an enquiry on where the parcel is, and I will get back to you once I hear back from them.
It is important to note that the Christmas cut off dates for delivery both here and in Australia are all around the beginning of December, as the sheer volume of parcels is overwhelming for couriers and postal services. You ordered the pad on Sunday 15th December and we sent it out with Aramex on Monday 16th which only gave it 7 working days to get to you before Christmas. Normal deliveries (outside of Christmas and New Year) to the east coast of Australia from NZ take up to 2 weeks.
I would appreciate it if you could remove the 1 star review, as it does affect our rating and I don't believe it is warranted.

Portable, good quality

It looks well made and the quality is good. Using any power bank helps makes it portable plus there's a little pocket for you to slide in the power bank to hold it. There is no heat from the red light but it seems to be helping my knee and leg pain in general. Size wise I got the smaller one which can be a bit small at times but it also makes it easier to carry around. Worth trying.

Great investment

I actually bought this for my horse, but I thought I better try it on myself first, as I have a few niggles. It's been great and it hasn't made it out to the horse yet, as hubby and I have been using it on ourselves

I would just like to thank Ian and his wife for their amazing after sales service. It’s been over a year since I purchased a variety of their products and some of the cords that connected them to the battery were coming apart (general wear and tear). I contacted them and at no expense to me I had 4 new cords couriered to me the following day. Absolutely mind blowing in this day and age.

Amazing product for improved energy !! So bought a second one !!

This product has worked like a miracle for me. So impressed with my first purchase of this product to give me massively improved energy after the second treatment, have bought another one to loan to a friend who can't afford to buy one, who also has chronic fatigue syndrome. Plus it's peace of mind to know I have a back up one as I never want to be without one ever again !!
